١١ سنة بين اللوحتين، لكن الكثير اختلف، ربما عامة الناس لاتستطيع التفريق بينهما كثيراً ، لكن الخطاطين وحدهم يعرفون ما اتكلم عنه هنا. اللوحة الاولى على اليسار هي من اول مجموعة لوحات انتجتها بخط الوسام وعرضت لاول مرة في معرض ابداعات خطية في دمشق وبعدها في معرضي الشخصي عام ٢٠١١ في نيويورك، واللوحة الثانية هي من انتاج هذه السنه وعرضت في معرضي الاخير العودة الى الاساسيات في دبي ٢٠٢١، الفرق بين اللوحتين يبين التطور والنضج الذي حصل في خط الوسام على مدى ١١ سنة الماضية. خصوصاً في اشكال بعض الحروف واتصالاتها.
11 years between the 2 artworks, but allot of changes occurred, most of the people might think they are exactly the same, but only calligraphers they know what I am talking about here! The artwork on the left is from the first group of artworks that I produced in my newly developed style back then and was exhibited first in Damascus in 2010 and then in my solo show in New York in 2011, the second artwork was exhibited recently in my solo show Back to Basics in Dubai 2021. The difference between the 2 artworks shows the maturity that happened in the last 11 years on the Al Wissam script Letterform’s.
